2008 - Diversification into Hospitality
Recognizing Rajasthan’s growing tourism potential, the group launched Hotel Dehra Fort in 2008 — a strategic move that diversified its portfolio beyond industrial operations. The venture reflected the promoters’ vision to balance business growth with tourism development. Designed to offer a blend of modern comfort and traditional charm, the hotel quickly became a preferred destination for travelers seeking authentic Rajasthani hospitality. It not only boosted local tourism but also created new employment opportunities, reinforcing the group’s commitment to regional development.
2010 - The New Generation Takes Charge
A pivotal transition occurred in 2010 when Mr. Kuldeep Pratap Singh Bhati and Mr. Bharat Kumar Singh Bhati assumed active management of Mining and Hospitality operations. This generational shift brought modern management practices, professional systems, and strategic expansion plans while preserving the founder’s core values.
The brothers combined formal education with deep family business knowledge to elevate operations. Their leadership ushered in an era of systematic growth, expanded geographic reach, and enhanced operational efficiency.
(2013-Present) Continued Growth
Simultaneously, the group expanded its mining operations across multiple locations in Rajasthan and established stone crusher units to create vertical integration. Over the years, this expansion has strengthened the group’s position as a key player in the state’s mining and infrastructure sectors. Today, Devdashrath Group operates multiple stone crushers and mining projects across six regions and is actively developing new hospitality properties at Jawai and Kumbhalgarh – two of Rajasthan’s most sought-after tourism destinations.The brothers combined formal education with deep family business knowledge to elevate operations. His vast experience in Mining Royalty and Toll Collection operations, combined with formal business education, enables him to navigate complex government partnerships while driving operational efficiency. He oversees all business verticals with a focus on compliance, sustainability, and strategic growth.
